Death

Well, alas.......all fun things must come to an end, I guess. =P My precious namesake storm.....my symbolic wrath......has now passed away. :dead:

R.I.P. Hurricane Ida
(11/04/09--11/13/09) :tombstone:

LOL...it was fun while it lasted. During its 10-day lifespan, its ranking went up and down several times between tropical depression/storm and hurricane. The highest ranking it reached was Category 2...so that's quite interesting. And at least it got to travel a bit, too...up through the Central American/Caribbean waters, hitting a few U.S. Southern states, and then being cast off and broken up in the Atlantic Ocean.
